"Ive never played with a loom for an ls1, but the ecu would only be require power and ignition signal from the nissan loom, maybe a cranking signal and the fuel pump relay setup however thats been done. I dont see how the oil pressure…"

"It was hard wired into the nissan wiring but iv'e got diagrams and notes on most things that the original sparky drew. Can I buy an external oil pressure guage for these engines."

Hi, I'm after someone down there that might be able to help with some electrical gremlins in my LS1 powered GQ. It seems the oil pressure gauge is earthing out somewhere and giving me a false reading. The needle goes strait to the top of the guage when the ignition is turned on with out the engine running. Also the oil pressure light on the dash doesn't work any more, could be a globe. I can pull the plug off the oil pressure sender and the engine wont fire so I think the problem might be after…See More
